In the first nine months of 2017, US trade with Bangladesh totaled $5,823.2 million, up 6.24% ($341.9 million) from the first nine months of 2016.

US exports to Bangladesh in the first nine months of 2017 totaled $1,253.2 million, up 83.87% ($571.6 million) from the first nine months of 2016.

US imports from Bangladesh in the first nine months of 2017 were $4,569.9 million, down 4.79% ($229.7 million) from the first nine months of 2016.

US trade deficit with Bangladesh in the first nine months of 2017 was $3,316.7 million, a 19.46% decrease ($801.4 million) over the first nine months of 2016.
