In 2018, US trade with Brazil totaled $71.7 billion, up 6.05% ($4.1 billion) from 2017.

US exports to Brazil in 2018 totaled $39.3 billion, up 6.08% ($2.3 billion) from 2017.

US imports from Brazil in 2018 totaled $32.4 billion, up 6.01% ($1.8 billion) from 2017.

US trade surplus with Brazil in 2018 was $7.0 billion, a 6.41% increase ($0.4 billion) over 2017.

Brazil was the US 13th largest trading partner in 2018 (down from 12th in 2017), accounting for 1.6749% of US total trade (down from 1.7096% in 2017).

Brazil was the US 9th largest export market in 2018 (up from 10th in 2017), accounting for 2.3628% of US total exports (down from 2.3981% in 2017).

Brazil was the US 17th largest supplier in 2018 (just as in 2017), accounting for 1.2372% of US total imports (down from 1.2677% in 2017).
