US Trade with Ghana

In the 1st quarter of 2017, US trade with Ghana totaled $478.0 million, up 58.56% ($176.6 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US exports to Ghana in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $244.8 million, up 28.94% ($54.9 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US imports from Ghana in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $233.3 million, up 108.94% ($121.6 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US trade surplus with Ghana in the 1st quarter of 2017 was $11.5 million, a 85.31% decrease ($66.7 million) over the 1st quarter of 2016.

Ghana was the US 80th largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2017 (up from 86th in the 1st quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0510% of US total trade (up from 0.0345% in the 1st quarter of 2016).

Ghana was the US 79th largest export market in the 1st quarter of 2017 (up from 81st in the 1st quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0657% of US total exports (up from 0.0546% in the 1st quarter of 2016).
