US Trade with Iraq

In the 3rd quarter of 2017, US trade with Iraq totaled $2,506.7 million, up 10.92% ($246.8 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Iraq in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $321.9 million, up 9.71% ($28.5 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Iraq in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $2,184.8 million, up 11.10% ($218.3 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with Iraq in the 3rd quarter of 2017 was $1,863.0 million, a 11.35% increase ($189.8 million) over the 3rd quarter of 2016.

Iraq was the US 46th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 47th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.2540% of US total trade (down from 0.2756% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).

Iraq was the US 72nd largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 73rd in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0844% of US total exports (down from 0.0847% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).

Iraq was the US 34th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 36th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.3608% of US total imports (down from 0.4153% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
