US Trade with Kazakhstan

In the first half of 2017, US trade with Kazakhstan was $748.0 million, down 22.35% ($215.3 million) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to Kazakhstan in the first half of 2017 were $276.0 million, down 47.15% ($246.3 million) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from Kazakhstan in the first half of 2017 totaled $472.0 million, up 7.03% ($31.0 million) from the first half of 2016.

US trade balance with Kazakhstan went from a surplus of $81.4 million in the first half of 2016, to a deficit of $195.9 million in the first half of 2017.

Kazakhstan was the US 84th largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (down from 76th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0389% of US total trade (down from 0.0535% in the first half of 2016).
