In the 1st quarter of 2017, US trade with Kenya totaled $303.0 million, up 19.28% ($49.0 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US exports to Kenya in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $168.7 million, up 47.79% ($54.5 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US imports from Kenya in the 1st quarter of 2017 were $134.3 million, down 3.98% ($5.6 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US trade balance with Kenya went from a deficit of $25.8 million in the 1st quarter of 2016, to a surplus of $34.3 million in the 1st quarter of 2017.
