In the 1st quarter of 2017, US trade with Namibia totaled $65.1 million, up 23.81% ($12.5 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US exports to Namibia in the 1st quarter of 2017 were $28.2 million, down 20.17% ($7.1 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US imports from Namibia in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $36.9 million, up 114.24% ($19.7 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

  • Plastics and articles thereof (HS code 39) - a decrease of $0.3 million;
  • Articles of iron or steel (HS code 73) - a decrease of $0.2 million;
