In the 2nd quarter of 2017, US trade with Nepal totaled $62.3 million, up 92.91% ($30.0 million) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Nepal in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $39.3 million, up 282.57% ($29.0 million) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Nepal in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $22.9 million, up 4.25% ($0.9 million) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US trade balance with Nepal went from a deficit of $11.7 million in the 2nd quarter of 2016, to a surplus of $16.4 million in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
