In 2014, US trade with Nigeria was $9,903.2 million, down 46.10% ($8,470.3 million) from 2013.

US exports to Nigeria in 2014 were $5,967.8 million, down 6.59% ($421.0 million) from 2013.

US imports from Nigeria in 2014 were $3,935.4 million, down 67.16% ($8,049.3 million) from 2013.

US trade with Nigeria went from a deficit of $5,595.9 million in 2013, to a surplus of $2,032.3 million in 2014.

Nigeria was the US 49th largest trading partner in 2014 (down from 36th in 2013), accounting for 0.25% of US total trade (down from 0.47% in 2013).

Nigeria was the US 41st largest export market in 2014 (down from 40th in 2013), accounting for 0.37% of US total exports (down from 0.41% in 2013).

Nigeria was the US 56th largest supplier in 2014 (down from 31st in 2013), accounting for 0.16% of US total imports (down from 0.52% in 2013).
