In the first half of 2017, US trade with Oman totaled $1,629.3 million, up 14.98% ($212.3 million) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to Oman in the first half of 2017 totaled $1,157.5 million, up 42.82% ($347.1 million) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from Oman in the first half of 2017 were $471.8 million, down 22.22% ($134.8 million) from the first half of 2016.

US trade surplus with Oman in the first half of 2017 was $685.7 million, a 236.37% increase ($481.8 million) over the first half of 2016.

Oman was the US 68th largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (down from 67th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0847% of US total trade (up from 0.0787% in the first half of 2016).

Oman was the US 56th largest export market in the first half of 2017 (up from 61st in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.1529% of US total exports (up from 0.1140% in the first half of 2016).
