US Trade with Pakistan

In the 1st quarter of 2017, US trade with Pakistan totaled $1,745.3 million, up 30.45% ($407.4 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US exports to Pakistan in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $812.7 million, up 80.20% ($361.7 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US imports from Pakistan in the 1st quarter of 2017 totaled $932.6 million, up 5.15% ($45.7 million) from the 1st quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with Pakistan in the 1st quarter of 2017 was $119.9 million, a 72.49% decrease ($316.0 million) over the 1st quarter of 2016.

Pakistan was the US 52nd largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2017 (up from 57th in the 1st quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1860% of US total trade (up from 0.1529% in the 1st quarter of 2016).

Pakistan was the US 50th largest export market in the 1st quarter of 2017 (up from 60th in the 1st quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.2182% of US total exports (up from 0.1298% in the 1st quarter of 2016).

Pakistan was the US 56th largest supplier in the 1st quarter of 2017 (down from 52nd in the 1st quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1649% of US total imports (down from 0.1681% in the 1st quarter of 2016).
