In the first half of 2017, US trade with the Philippines totaled $9.7 billion, up 11.18% ($1.0 billion) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to the Philippines in the first half of 2017 totaled $4.0 billion, up 5.46% ($0.2 billion) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from the Philippines in the first half of 2017 totaled $5.8 billion, up 15.50% ($0.8 billion) from the first half of 2016.

US trade deficit with the Philippines in the first half of 2017 was $1.8 billion, a 46.50% increase ($0.6 billion) over the first half of 2016.

The Philippines was the US 31st largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (up from 32nd in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.5050% of US total trade (up from 0.4856% in the first half of 2016).

The Philippines was the US 32nd largest export market in the first half of 2017 (just as in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.5240% of US total exports (down from 0.5291% in the first half of 2016).

The Philippines was the US 31st largest supplier in the first half of 2017 (down from 30th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.4928% of US total imports (up from 0.4572% in the first half of 2016).
