In the first half of 2017, US trade with Qatar was $1,636.2 million, down 61.99% ($2,668.8 million) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to Qatar in the first half of 2017 were $1,038.9 million, down 71.55% ($2,613.3 million) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from Qatar in the first half of 2017 were $597.3 million, down 8.51% ($55.5 million) from the first half of 2016.

US trade surplus with Qatar in the first half of 2017 was $441.6 million, a 85.28% decrease ($2,557.8 million) over the first half of 2016.

Qatar was the US 67th largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (down from 46th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0850% of US total trade (down from 0.2391% in the first half of 2016).
