US Trade with Saudi Arabia

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, US trade with Saudi Arabia totaled $10.0 billion, up 24.65% ($2.0 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $4.5 billion, up 25.91% ($0.9 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $5.5 billion, up 23.65% ($1.1 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $1.0 billion, a 14.41% increase ($0.1 billion) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Saudi Arabia was the US 22nd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 24th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.0135% of US total trade (up from 0.8665% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Saudi Arabia was the US 19th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 21st in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.1696% of US total exports (up from 0.9829% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
