US Trade with Singapore

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, US trade with Singapore totaled $12.6 billion, up 5.13% ($0.6 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Singapore in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $7.5 billion, up 9.67% ($0.7 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Singapore in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $5.1 billion, down 0.83% ($0.0 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US trade surplus with Singapore in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $2.3 billion, a 42.79% increase ($0.7 billion) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Singapore was the US 18th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 19th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.2769% of US total trade (down from 1.2945% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Singapore was the US 13th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (just as in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.9415% of US total exports (up from 1.8732% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Singapore was the US 21st largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (down from 19th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.8521% of US total imports (down from 0.9202% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
