US Trade with Switzerland

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, US trade with Switzerland was $15.0 billion, down 8.47% ($1.4 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Switzerland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $5.3 billion, down 8.91% ($0.5 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Switzerland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $9.7 billion, down 8.22% ($0.9 billion) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with Switzerland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $4.4 billion, a 7.37% decrease ($0.3 billion) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Switzerland was the US 15th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (down from 11th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.5187% of US total trade (down from 1.7683% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
