In 2017, US trade with Brazil totaled $67.6 billion, up 17.62% ($10.1 billion) from 2016.

US exports to Brazil in 2017 totaled $37.1 billion, up 22.37% ($6.8 billion) from 2016.

US imports from Brazil in 2017 totaled $30.5 billion, up 12.32% ($3.3 billion) from 2016.

US trade surplus with Brazil in 2017 was $6.5 billion, a 110.15% increase ($3.4 billion) over 2016.

Brazil was the US 12th largest trading partner in 2017 (up from 13th in 2016), accounting for 1.7096% of US total trade (up from 1.5523% in 2016).

Brazil was the US 10th largest export market in 2017 (up from 12th in 2016), accounting for 2.3981% of US total exports (up from 2.0849% in 2016).
