  • Cocoa and cocoa preparations (HS code 18) - an increase of $0.2 million.

The largest declines in US exports to Cuba in the 3rd quarter of 2017 over the 3rd quarter of 2016 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Cereals (HS code 10) - a decrease of $9.3 million;
  • Animal or vegetable fats and oils and their cleavage products prepared edible fats; animal or vegetable waxes (HS code 15) - a decrease of $6.1 million;
  • Miscellaneous chemical products (HS code 38) - a decrease of $5.1 million;
  • Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, precision, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus; parts and accessories thereof (HS code 90) - a decrease of $0.3 million.
