In the 3rd quarter of 2017, US trade with Egypt totaled $1,394.3 million, up 17.83% ($210.9 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Egypt in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $994.7 million, up 28.93% ($223.2 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Egypt in the 3rd quarter of 2017 were $399.7 million, down 2.96% ($12.2 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US trade surplus with Egypt in the 3rd quarter of 2017 was $595.0 million, a 65.45% increase ($235.4 million) over the 3rd quarter of 2016.

Egypt was the US 58th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 62nd in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1413% of US total trade (down from 0.1443% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
