US exports to France in 2017 totaled $34.2 billion, up 5.43% ($1.8 billion) from 2016.

US imports from France in 2017 totaled $50.0 billion, up 4.60% ($2.2 billion) from 2016.

US trade deficit with France in 2017 was $15.8 billion, a 2.85% increase ($0.4 billion) over 2016.

France was the US 8th largest trading partner in 2017 (just as in 2016), accounting for 2.1298% of US total trade (down from 2.1676% in 2016).

France was the US 11th largest export market in 2017 (down from 10th in 2016), accounting for 2.2118% of US total exports (down from 2.2320% in 2016).
