In the 4th quarter of 2017, US trade with France totaled $23.4 billion, up 15.46% ($3.1 billion) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US exports to France in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $9.0 billion, up 7.67% ($0.6 billion) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US imports from France in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $14.5 billion, up 20.88% ($2.5 billion) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with France in the 4th quarter of 2017 was $5.5 billion, a 51.06% increase ($1.9 billion) over the 4th quarter of 2016.

France was the US 8th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2017 (just as in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 2.2452% of US total trade (up from 2.1088% in the 4th quarter of 2016).

France was the US 11th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2017 (down from 10th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 2.1978% of US total exports (up from 2.1965% in the 4th quarter of 2016).

France was the US 9th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 10th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 2.2756% of US total imports (up from 2.0519% in the 4th quarter of 2016).
