US exports to France in the first nine months of 2017 totaled $25.2 billion, up 4.66% ($1.1 billion) from the first nine months of 2016.

US imports from France in the first nine months of 2017 were $35.6 billion, down 0.83% ($0.3 billion) from the first nine months of 2016.

US trade deficit with France in the first nine months of 2017 was $10.3 billion, a 12.09% decrease ($1.4 billion) over the first nine months of 2016.

France was the US 8th largest trading partner in the first nine months of 2017 (just as in the first nine months of 2016), accounting for 2.0884% of US total trade (down from 2.2888% in the first nine months of 2016).
