US Trade with Ghana

In the 4th quarter of 2017, US trade with Ghana totaled $389.2 million, up 28.93% ($87.3 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US exports to Ghana in the 4th quarter of 2017 were $161.2 million, down 28.76% ($65.1 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US imports from Ghana in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $228.0 million, up 201.59% ($152.4 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US trade balance with Ghana went from a surplus of $150.7 million in the 4th quarter of 2016, to a deficit of $66.8 million in the 4th quarter of 2017.

Ghana was the US 85th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 88th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0373% of US total trade (up from 0.0314% in the 4th quarter of 2016).
