US Trade with Ireland

In the 4th quarter of 2017, US trade with Ireland totaled $15,483.5 million, up 2.72% ($409.7 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US exports to Ireland in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $3,131.3 million, up 26.60% ($657.9 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US imports from Ireland in the 4th quarter of 2017 were $12,352.2 million, down 1.97% ($248.2 million) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with Ireland in the 4th quarter of 2017 was $9,220.9 million, a 8.95% decrease ($906.2 million) over the 4th quarter of 2016.

Ireland was the US 14th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2017 (just as in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.4845% of US total trade (down from 1.5674% in the 4th quarter of 2016).

Ireland was the US 24th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 28th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.7683% of US total exports (up from 0.6530% in the 4th quarter of 2016).
