US imports from Italy in 2013 totaled $39.9 billion, up 4.41% ($1.7 billion) from 2012.

US trade deficit with Italy in 2013 was $23.1 billion, a 4.64% increase ($1.0 billion) over 2012.

Italy was the US 14th largest trading partner in 2013 (up from 15th in 2012), accounting for 1.45% of US total trade (up from 1.40% in 2012).

Italy was the US 22nd largest export market in 2013 (up from 23rd in 2012), accounting for 1.06% of US total exports (up from 1.04% in 2012).

Italy was the US 11th largest supplier in 2013 (up from 13th in 2012), accounting for 1.71% of US total imports (up from 1.64% in 2012).
