US Trade with Norway

In the 3rd quarter of 2017, US trade with Norway totaled $3,233.3 million, up 40.04% ($924.5 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Norway in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $1,696.5 million, up 53.63% ($592.2 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Norway in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $1,536.8 million, up 27.59% ($332.3 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US trade balance with Norway went from a deficit of $100.2 million in the 3rd quarter of 2016, to a surplus of $159.7 million in the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Norway was the US 39th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 46th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.3276% of US total trade (up from 0.2816% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
