In the first nine months of 2017, US trade with Singapore totaled $36.8 billion, up 9.26% ($3.1 billion) from the first nine months of 2016.

US exports to Singapore in the first nine months of 2017 totaled $22.1 billion, up 12.89% ($2.5 billion) from the first nine months of 2016.

US imports from Singapore in the first nine months of 2017 totaled $14.7 billion, up 4.25% ($0.6 billion) from the first nine months of 2016.

US trade surplus with Singapore in the first nine months of 2017 was $7.4 billion, a 35.26% increase ($1.9 billion) over the first nine months of 2016.

Singapore was the US 18th largest trading partner in the first nine months of 2017 (up from 19th in the first nine months of 2016), accounting for 1.2639% of US total trade (down from 1.2851% in the first nine months of 2016).

Singapore was the US 13th largest export market in the first nine months of 2017 (just as in the first nine months of 2016), accounting for 1.9398% of US total exports (up from 1.8498% in the first nine months of 2016).

Singapore was the US 21st largest supplier in the first nine months of 2017 (down from 20th in the first nine months of 2016), accounting for 0.8298% of US total imports (down from 0.9030% in the first nine months of 2016).
