In the 3rd quarter of 2017, US trade with South Korea totaled $29.9 billion, up 6.06% ($1.7 billion) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US exports to South Korea in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $11.6 billion, up 9.00% ($1.0 billion) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US imports from South Korea in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $18.2 billion, up 4.27% ($0.7 billion) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US trade deficit with South Korea in the 3rd quarter of 2017 was $6.6 billion, a 3.12% decrease ($0.2 billion) over the 3rd quarter of 2016.

South Korea was the US 6th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (just as in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 3.0261% of US total trade (down from 3.4338% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
