US Trade with Uganda

In the 3rd quarter of 2017, US trade with Uganda totaled $36.9 million, up 36.96% ($10.0 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US exports to Uganda in the 3rd quarter of 2017 were $14.9 million, down 15.38% ($2.7 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US imports from Uganda in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $22.0 million, up 135.47% ($12.7 million) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.

US trade balance with Uganda went from a surplus of $8.2 million in the 3rd quarter of 2016, to a deficit of $7.1 million in the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Uganda was the US 154th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 156th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0037% of US total trade (up from 0.0033% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).

Uganda was the US 154th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (down from 144th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0039% of US total exports (down from 0.0051% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).

Uganda was the US 127th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 145th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0036% of US total imports (up from 0.0020% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
